From the start, I had regular dealings with Ellie Dunstall, Funeral Arranger (Slough). She was always warm, friendly and helpful whether talking face-to-face, via the phone or email. She was the true face of E Sargeant and Son, delivering first-class customer care and satisfaction. Other team members and participants were all equally as professional.

Judy Mahay was very friendly and empathetic. She clearly gave me all the options available for mum's funeral services and advised on local facilities which was so helpful as I was out of area. Everything was done absolutely according to our wishes. Thank you so much.

Faultless service. Ellie was amazing, fast, accurate and considerate. Stephen called me the day before the funeral so I had a full understanding of what would happen. He accommodated the special requests I had very well and all the team was briefed. Charlie drove impeccably and respectfully and showed us how to carry the coffin correctly. Outstanding from start to finish.

The most kind, compassionate company who went above and beyond to help me. Peter, helped me so much and did everything in his power to make my service the most beautiful that he could. He helped me throughout the whole process keeping in contact and gave me ideas when I couldn't come up with anything because of my grief. He ensured that not only me, but he gave my child the send if they deserved and quite frankly, don't think I could have gone through this process without him. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Leading on from my last review, we had our baby's service today and it was amazing. Everything was perfect. Peter and Emma, we're incredible and made us feel comfortable and at ease. On such a hard day they brought us so much comfort. Again I will say, I could not recommend them enough, they were amazing and a perfect fit for our family

Your team in the Slough office were absolutely amazing. Mum and I felt Dad was was looked after with so much respect and care and you made the funeral so very much easier for us. We felt that there was truly no stupid question, we were able to see Dad as often as we like, you team were so prompt answering questions, problem solving with us and keeping us informed at every step. You gave us love and dignity. Thank you

The girls at the office, Vicky and the other lady were amazing. Vicky was a huge help and support. I had met Vicky prior to my nan passing and made a plan. When my nan died some years later Vicky and our family went through the plan adding more things. The team were absolutely lovely. When my nan passed we was allowed to keep her home that night and they came then next day allowing us to have that time with her. We also wanted nan home the night of the funeral and Tony came to measure so Nan could be brought home - he was lovely. The whole team was so caring and Nan came home like a queen. The whole team were lovely. Tony also was amazing and a huge support on the day. Our nan had a send of she would have been proud of. Thank you E sergeant and son
